Small 16g Best PSI Efficiency??

I want to know where is the best efficiency on the small 16g using a (fmic, 550's, safc II, walbro 255lph, 93 octane)? 21psi?25?28? I'm really interested on these so that way I won't over abuse on the turbo.

i run on a big 16g but im sure the small 16g is generally in the same area which is gonna be somewhere from 18psi - 21psi

Agreed, that thing becomes a hair dryer above 21 psi.
