I searched for this but could not find a difinitive answer. The slave cylinder on my '90 AWD is leaking and therefore needs to be replaced, but when I phoned for parts, they said there was two different bore sizes: 3/4" and 13/16". I know that they differ between FWD and AWD, so which bore size do I need?

Also on a side note, is the master cylinder the same between FWDs and AWDs? and I also read that cruise control matters with the master, is that true?

The parts guy you spoke with is retarded , tell him your not talking about brake master cylinders , and tell him to look up a manual clutch slave cylinder.

I know that this is an old thread, but thought I would clear up that the 3/4" bore is awd. 13/16 is fwd. Just in case someone comes across this thread in a search like I did.
