skunk2 cam gears

I picked up a set of skunk2 cam gears. When installing them I can not get the timing marks to line up properly. With the dowel pins at the top the intake timing mark is 180' out?If I line up the timing marks the dowel pin on the intake is pointing down. I removed them reinstalled the stock gears and no problem lining everything up. Any ideas?

Remark the adjustable cam gears to match the stock cam gears. I have Skunk2 cam gears also. That's what I did to make them work.
