2G Silver metal specks in oil

Quick overview. I bought this car last year with supposedly 35k miles on a forged internals 7 bolt motor. I have since put 3k miles on the car. Compression test was good. I go to change the oil this morning and I inspect the oil to see fine silver metal particles in the oil drain pan. Since changing the oil last time, I did go to the track and did dyno pulls to perfect the tune. I'm not making globs of power maybe like 260whp. I'm trying to prevent the motor from turning into Swiss cheese so what should I do?

take oil filter off and cut it and really see whats in there.

Hopefully you found the shavings before damage was done. I know how it feels to buy a engine supposedly good, just to find out that the internals are toast

So I ripped apart the old oil filter and I found no shavings. It was hard for me to see the little particles, Im not 100 percent on that. Oil pressure on my gauge shows normal operating psi. I might have to remove the pan and inspect the bearings. Just trying to save the motor before I'm toast with my wallet . I put my magnet inside the oil which I drained the other day and I got no particles on the tip. Hoping for the best right now.
