He filled in all the seams, gaps, holes and cracks even more than we did and a outstanding job.

I think it would be too small that would be about impossible. My guess is a plug between spark plugs under the spark wire cover.
He obviously does not want to share his secrets .

ColtiXim, what is that orange tank-like part on the intake? Looks like a housing for a mass airflow sensor.

Nope, it's an Water Air Inter Cooler PWR 4"x8" core.
Additional tank on the left for an 8.4 liter total volume of water.
And 2 ft of total piping.
