Should my rewired 190 whine

As the title says will the 190 rewire have a whine to it at all or is it real quite. Also if there is a way to check the resistance on the relay.

My 255 whines so I'm guessing its normal.

My REWIRED 190 on my old 2g STILL whined even after thick gauge wire. Idk why. I thought it was supposed to stop.

I would say it should whine a little bit. But if you think its excessive I would take it out and maybe replace the sock filter on it.

during cranking should it whine i am trying to eliminate this as part my car not starting.
