2G Shifting with aem.

ok hopefully I’m asking this the right way. Praying I get the proper help. I have a manual 2g dsm with 1g motor..... car is swapped to an auto now still with manual harness. No tcu, is there a way to shift trans through aem??

I know it can be done, but only few peaple have done it . It's easier to just get a shif box from Forced four, it's fully programmable, just like having standalone TCU.

ive got a manual harness in my 1g. i just used the shift box to control the trans. if you are on facebook send a message to darren thomas racing. im pretty sure their racecar is shifted through the aem.

No sry I’m not. I really need some help getting in contact with them. Also that shift box doesn’t need the tcu??

no does not need a tcu. it basically becomes the tcu.
