Sheps cable bracket spacers

I have these, and bearings in the end of the cables, but do not have the shifter base bushings at this time, and my car shifts just fine, Haven't really driven it enough since i installed them to give a definite answer, but they appear to have stiffened it up nicely.

Generally speaking though, I trust whatever shep wants to sell me, because he knows pretty much everything that there is to know about DSM transmissions.

My brother and I have them on our 2g's. I didn't notice a huge increase in shifting as compared to upgrading to the Symborski base plate bushings. I also had the brass shift cable bushings before adding these on.

I just saw the ad for these while surfing around DSMtuners. I have the base bushings as well as the cable bushings, so I'm curious if these will be any good. I imagine they might since the OEM spacers are just rubber.

I have them, only got them because when I unbolted my shifter bracket the rubber just fell apart, honestly I dont see why you can just bolt it straight to the trans w/o the spacers.

I made my own with washers that pressed into the bracket holes and bigger washers on the outside witht the bolts running through them. Did the same thing for the shifter base as well. Only thing not done yet is the cable end bearing mod. Shifter feels great, there is no slop in it and it shifts great.
