I have both these tyranny's sitting on my garage floor right now

1st is a shep tranny stage 3 basically new

2nd is a
92+ trans
Double syncro 2nd gear
Rebuilt with about 1k miles on it
Steel 1-2 and 2-3 shift forks
Welded center diff (done professionally)

I was just going to throw the 92 trans back on and call it a day but I though that I had the shep trans I could maybe gain some drivability back by putting the shep trans in with no welded diff. this car did 11.3 1/4(with the 92 trans) if I put the shep stage 3 on will I be able to maintain that time still or dose the welded diff help a lot with the launch.

to sum up I don't want to lose any acceleration from the launch so should I stay with the 92 trans or switch to the shep trans.

thanks
MJP
