i am ordering HID's for my car tomorrow and i just wanted to know which company to go with...both company's i have spoke with and both seem nice...I just would like to know which is a better kit SiemensHID is ten dollars more. thanks for your input.

4300k is the common output for production vehicles.

This is true, however, they tint the 4300K light different colors on those cars you mentioned so if you get the 4300K it wont look like those cars. If you want mostly white with a little blue go with 6000K and if you want really blue with a little purple go with 8000K+ anything near 4300 looks mostly white with a little red/orange like regular sunlight.

Just remember that not all bulbs are the exact same. As you can see in my post there's no purple at all to my 8000k bulbs.

yea i decided to go with sharp but still unsure if i should get the 6000k or the 8000k i want the closest look to the acura's and bmw's and so on....

No offense, but why aren't you buying the HID for performance and safety, rather than just looks? I would be thinking about which kit will give me the most light output and let me see the clearest and farthest, not which kit will make my car look like a BMW. You should also try and get a kit that won't attract the cops because if you go too blue/purple, you'll stand out in a bad way.

Reread my post #31, BMWs have 4300K but tint their lights, if you want more blue go with 8000K or above but the brightness wont be as good. Its a trade off.Im assuming you want more blueish tint so buy the 8000K or even higher than that if you want it really blue/purple. 6000K will hardly be blue at all

No need to get angry.

I'm sorry, but I rarely look at people occupations. I guess it's a location/personal thing if people don't like the term "cop" because one of my relatives is a police officer and uses the term all the time. Oh well.

COP=Constable on Patrol. It's an old abbreviation. This is straying off topic. The colour choice is up to you.
