setting timing for aftermarket cams the same as stock?

I have the Crower stage 2 turbogrind cams and Fidanza adjustable cam gears will setting up the timing be the same as the stock camshafts at 180 degrees? If not any links would be helpful and advise. Thanks

Yes, just like stock. Zero out the cam gears.
