When my buddy, and I built his turbo Integra He was able to get a chip for his ECU that would limit his rev at any RPM he programmed he wanted to. All we had to do was pull off the old chip off the ECU, plug it into this socket that went into his desktop and away we went. That way he could launch without burning out. Is there anyone that make a similar setup for our cars? I have a 1991 Talon Tsi AWD.
