Sensor missing on exhaust side of block, can't figure out what it is

Have been searching a ton and can't find out what the sensor or whatever it is circled in red is called, anybody know?

Its just a noise suppressor for radio interference. No big deal if you don't have one. BUT I have seen that mounted in a few locations. So check your valve cover (driverside) to see if its mounted on that.
