So I hope I'm posting this right.
I have a 95 gs non turbo title as a 95 but the car was manufactured in Aug of 94 but Since I hit 99k miles the check engine light came on witch I never really paid attention.. The car would run on the main road ruffly 25 minutes before shutting off while driving ( example ) pushing 45mph car trys to reengage like if the battery dieing but after pulling over I can fire it up again but have less time before the shut off. Even if sitting nice start up no issues but after a little time it will shut itself off. So I checked my vacuum lines no leaks so kinda stuck. Don't even see a injection system pump

Your post is fine, 95. Most car makers including Mitsubishi start manufacture the summer before the official year model so your Aug. '94 car is a '95 model. There is no injection pump in these cars except maybe California models? Someone else will know for sure about that.

I think we could use some more information about the failure.

Since you got a CE light there's a code that may give some help -- or it may not, since 99k is about where the cat converter will die but that causes no operational symptoms. But borrow a code reader and find out what it says.

It sounds like a heat problem: Once it dies and you let it rest just a few minutes it will die more quickly the next time and in fact will not even idle without dying. Is that right?

When you try to start it right after it dies does it fire at all? Or is it just cranking without even a pop?

That’s a nitrous oxide solenoid on the firewall there. What’s the story behind that? Can you see the lines running anywhere? I think this cars been rode hard and put away wet. Have you done a compression test?

The nitrous was a add on from someone else when I bought the car when it had ruffly 96k miles as hit 99k miles it started doing this well actually to think about it ever since my mph went out I installed the new sensor but even tho I don't think that would cause the car to shut off.. the nos was never used I'm pretty sure but it drives strong no slips or miss fire. I haven't done a compression test... Even sitting for a few minutes maybe 10 minutes it will act if it's running out of fuel chugs for a sec then goes back to 1k rpm then shuts off. But it will fire up no back fire no ruff start just the amazing sound of the car before it dies 😂. Last year I put a new fuel pump assembly in but I wouldn't think that would be the problem because I've been driving it for a few months. Soon as the car dies I can hear the pump kicking on...
