Are My Secondary Coils Reading Too High?

With the primary disconnected the secondary 1&4 reads 14.7 ohms and 2&3 reads 15.1.

I'm having a studder issue I'm trying to track down.

That chart is what I'm referencing. It reads higher than the standard 13.9.

It is an older coil and its pretty close to spec. I don't think that is your problem.
