Scam or real deal?

There is an Eclipse GSX for sale on Craig's list that sounds too good to be true. But at the same time sounds kinda fishy. He basically tells how good of a car it is and all the mods he has done and nothing else. Doesn't even give the year of the car.
Take a look for yourself and let me know what you guys think.

GSX is almost done, motor is done and ready to drop and I just got my new turbo, re painted the faded front bumper, bought rims with tires other misc stuff Looks like i'll be driving it very soon. Thanks for asking!
