According to SBR, the GT14 flows 65lb/min. Are they sharing the same GT30 turbine wheels which is the largest wheels can be stuff in a 7cm housing. I'm really curious on the spools up between the two (7:8.1). Anyone with knowledge and experience welcom to chime in.

The forum rules state:
3. No "X"-Turbo vs. "X"-Turbo threads... these are never useful.

To answer your question, there shouldnt be much of a difference between the two turbos other than the turbine housings. FP casts a special turbine housing that flows better up top than a standard mitsu 7cm. For a better explaination about this turbine housing call FP.
