fp3065 vs Ams Gt35r with t4 housing..

Undecided about which turbo Im going to run next.... Researched both and both are amazing... Seen what people have done with these turbos... The ams gt35 is a lil more pricey and have seen people claiming over 600whp at 27 psi... Which do you guys recommend for a built motor and proper tuning...

what are your goals with your car? pump gas? I would look at a flow chart on both first. It's doubtfull that you will max out either one so i would go with the one that has the least problems with bolting right up, and costs least.

p.s. prob should start thinking about getting a bigger fuel pump btw

Depends on which route you want to go. There is no question in anyone's mind that a GT35R with a T4 housing is going to make more power than a FP 3065. But the installation of a T4 sided turbo is going to be far more complex and more expensive than the ease of the bolt up 3065. Ultimately no matter what anyone on here says, the decision is up to you. Which one do you want to compromise?

well with the gt35r you will have to purcahse a t3 or t4 flanged manifold...with the fp3065 you have to purchase the fp o2 housing...which cost $425 for the 3" version...either way your spending alot of cash......

Both turbos share the same compressor side (61mm) wheel and both are capable of 9's in the 1/4. I would personally choose the FP 3065 for ease of installation and 100% quality piece of machinery.

I have walbro 255lph fuel pump... Yea the fp3065 is looking a lot better because of installation.... Thanks for the input...
