Hey guys,
I bought a 3065 for my 90 GSX a while back. Now comes time for install. So I purchased the SS Oil drain tube. Now I dont know which line to get. I already purchased the SS oil line that feeds from the head. You can find it here.

Now what I need to know is, is this the right one for the 1g?? If not then which one do I need??? Also, do I need some kind of filter due to the fact that its ball bearing? And if so, where can I find one of them too...

Thanks. Much Appreciated.
Dan

Yes that will work for the 3065, call FP and ask them about their 10 micron filter for the install and they will set you up with everything you need.

I have the exact feed line on my 3065. I chose not to go the filter route because of the clogging issue. I have over 10k on my setup with no ill effects.

Its not just the clogging issue. I heard since the 3065 is a ball bearing turbo, You need something to lower the oil pressure to the turbo, due to the fact that bb turbos dont like high oil pressure.
Anyone care to shed some light on this thread?

I have the 3052 with FP's 10 micron filter. Their filter comes with a .8mm hole in the end to reduce oil pressure when it is used off of the oil filter housing. In their instructions they say to drill the hole out to .125" if used off the head. No reduction in oil pressure needed if fed off the head according to FP.

The oil feedline you listed in the first post, comes with the restrictor (.8mm) in the banjo bolt. When i got my 3065 they did not recommend running a filter on it. Like i said earlier i have no issue's with mine being the way it is.
