SBR FMIC piping is to low?

I have a SBR FMIC on my dsm not sure which piping kit it has on it but the piping goes under the FMIC??? i an wanting to lower my car but cant decide if i should because i don't want to hit the piping on things. including the piping it prob goes 3" under my FMIC, Is this normal pics will be posted when i am off crutches

I didnt have any trouble with mine and i have the same kit. Is it the straight pipe with the U bend? I had to move mine around a little but nothing like what you have. Lately they havnt made there piping right like they are in a hurry but prob do to them moving everything to FL. Mine is stripped for the moment or else id send you some pics.
