Hi everyone I am looking to move forward towards my goal of 600awhp sleeper 1g Talon TSI, as of right now I highly dout im even close to 250 (sorry if this is considered bench racing. My current mods are as follows.

Evo 3 16g
2g ported manifold
Denso 150lph rewired
Denso 660cc injectors
3inch down pipe and exhaust
Jackal SD tuning
XTD Stage 4 four puck clutch
-4an oil feed -10an return
Basic mbc
Basic logger (mmcd)

Well I know I may have my sights set a bit high but I have enough confidence in myself to try it while doing everything very carefully and watching my wideband closely. Here is what I want to run on my mext major upgrade.

GT35R
Watercooled Intercooler with twin rad cores
300lph intank pump+Bosch inline
-6an fuel line from tank to rail+Bosch inline filter
2000cc+ injectors
E85 fuel
Dark performance exhaust manifold
Intake manifold (not sure which yet)
Shep stage 3 transmission
ARP head struds
Tripple layer cosmetic headgasket
Crower 280s+springs and retainers
AEM UEGO

So far thats as far thats as far as I got on the build, does 600 seem safley attainable with my list plus some good tuning? I am clueless as far as building up the motor to support this kind of power goes so please school me on engime internal stuff like pistons and valves.

1600cc would be fine for that whp range on e85. Also gonna need a built bottom end unless your a god at tuning. I'm sure there is a million other things I could post that you will need but I'm too tired and have to hit the hay so good luck!!

First- Im not trying to be mean here, but your title is a little off. If your going GT35, then why does ther title say GT37? Also you might want hit spell check before you post. Again, I'm only trying to get you a little more legitament feedback rather than knocking you for your title.

Now to the point at hand. You like myself seem to be jumping from nothing to a MAJOR build. After seeing your mod list, I would change a few things, but it's only a personal opinion. You might want to give us a little more feedback on what you want to do with the car interms of fuel, engine managment, and type of driving you wish to do. Is this a track only car? E85? ect..
600whp is a lot of power. Be prepared to break a lot of parts and know that getting 600whp to the ground and actually use the power more than just on the dyno, you will have to spend some major money. My goal is 600-650whp and I am still gathering parts after 18 months. You have to pay to play. Pretty much any off the shelf forged combo will get you to your goal, with some a little more stout than others. Just take your pick and do it right. Don't cut corners and make sure you don't do things twice. Even the basic GT35 is going to need some serious boost to pull those numbers steady. You may want to look into the HTA versions and a little better cams in my opinion. Don't forget your engine managment and your suspension work. Think about all your variables and have fun. Your girlfriend is going to love you.:thumb:

Edit: I see your running E85

Your going to need a very strong bottom end. I know someone who has 746awhp, and he has wiseco pistons, eagle rods, and a eagle crank. Mostly all the other mods you put but he runs 38 Psi which is insane. He also has a shepard transfer case all new drive train parts. I would recommend getting dsm link for sure.
Good luck.

Wow thank you for giving me this mod list, if you dont mind me asking but why do you recomment dsmlink over Jackal or Wherewulf?

O I didn't think about those other stand alones but I thought of dsm link right away because he had it. I have never heard of the others i'm going to google them now.

...hes making 750 whp on a 50 trim?....

Anything is possible with alot of time, paticence and money its just about what you want to but into it. but i would deff build that bottom end and upgrade the fuel pump. the injectors should be fine with the right tune but you could go bigger up to you.

I've heard good and bad about water/air intercoolers but i have to agree ive never seen someone go wrong with an air cooled intercooler!!! They have been used for along time and have always worked why would they stop now??? but still up to you.
