It was a great turn out. Met a few of the dsmers from here. To bad I couldn't have brought one if my beast out there to join in all the action.

Ludachris I guess I was sitting right next to you when we first got there when jeff made his first pass. Didn't know it was you til way later Ted pointed you out. Woulda been nice to meet you.

Where were we sitting next to each other? In the stands? Where were you at?

I say everyone needs to put their name in their signature, and add a photo of your car for your avatar.

Alright guys I'll upload the videos of the races soon, I recorded pretty much all DSM races with some Honda races and I did a complete walk around of the pits.

I'm definitely down to make this an annual meet. Next time I'll run my car so Miguel won't be alone ha

Hey. Sorry if you guys thought I bounced without saying goodbye. I was up watching the finals right at the staging lights. When I went back everyone but Ted and Dave had left hahaha. It was a great turn out.

Who's ready to do a road course race day at Thunderhill? I know Ludachris is in!

Can't wait to see some pics/vids of the event............POST'EM UP FELLAS PLEASE LOL

Ya in the stands. I was with my buddy and his wife, and my son. I was the one white shirt and my arms are all sleeved up. You and the bigger guy in the glasses where talking by the stairs in the stands and we were sitting to the right of you.

I remember seeing you guys over there, didn't know you were DSMers too. One of you had a cool ass 1320 license plate tattoo, right? I'm big tattoo guy (only have a couple though).

Yup that's me. I also have a gt42r in a skeleton hand and a diamond star on my inner arm planted into a skull. After Ted pointed you out we didn't get a chance to come introduce ourselves.

hahaha yeah would be nice LOL but now i know what my car runs so it was pimp maybe need more tuning on my DSMLINK but it was ok.

It was nice meeting up with all you guys out there, had a great time. And glad we could get all the cars together for the big photo - even though they were lined up all crooked. LOL

Thanks for the hotdog too. Though I did bring a couple cases of water, I didn't want to be a freeloader. Probably should have brought some other stuff... thanks for welcoming me in.

It was really cool seeing all these DSMs in one spot. I think that's the most I've witnessed come together in NorCal since I've been in the scene. Hopefully we can do it again before summer's over. I'll work on getting the 1G put together and tuned... or at the very least clean up the 1G a little more and make it something a little more worthy of checking out. It was a little embarrassing showing up to the meet with the car in that condition.

Hey it was nice meeting you and having you hang out with us. Next track i am going to hit 13s but I was happy with what i got. Next time we will have a better food menu LOL.

when?

Thunderhill is booked for a while... Buttonwillow has an interesting day for all of us road course beginners on August 20:

Buttonwillow Raceway Park
I already contacted the track director and he said "street legal" applies more towards the car being street driveable. They need the car to have a passenger seat for the instructor and they need the exhaust to be quiet enough that you can communicate with each other while driving. He said that performance mods weren't too big of an issue as long as the car will be controllable on the track.

Track day on Sep 17 is actually cheaper. $100 for driving school:

yesterday was hella fun, i'm glad i got to meet some of you and i hope we can get another, more personal meet going before summer ends. Anyone else have pictures of the dsms? Because i brought my car in a little late for the pictures, right before we took the group photos.

*edit*...just saw a couple of my car LOL.

Yesterday was off the hook. Had alotta fun taking pics with my dog and chillin with the man ludachris haha.

I had a great time. It was hot, I even got sun burned. And I'm black ROFL My car was disappointing, it only went 13.5 at 102. Lots of DSM cars and good company made up for the slow times.

I had a great time today. Didn't get to run the times I wanted but ended up taking home 2nd place for the awd/rwd class so that definitely made my day. It was great meeting new dsm'ers, and being able to chat it up with you guys.

you kept giving jose hope because he was eyeing your gst sticker and thinking you were running those times with a fwd. After the finals we went over and looked under your car to see the rear diff and he was crushed.

I'll load my cell phone pics up as soon as possible

my friend is a bmw guy so I took some pictures of that car for him since he wasn't there. And the supra is there because it had a "berkeley engineering alumni" licence plate frame which I thought my other friend would find funny. It was also fairly clean.

I took a bunch of videos. I'm a bad camera man. Some were too long etc. Whatever.

ROFL GST-X :hellyeah:

This was my firs time on the track... First pass I made 13.1, I think thats not that bad. I still need to resolve some issues. Does anyone have that pass filmed?

ALSO, we were told to go up for the "FUN RUNS" for the second time and they kept us waiting there for more than two hours. I'm sure everyone thought that we left. That sucked because we didnt get to be in the BIG DSM SHOT. :(

killa_dsm: I'm stumpped, I hit full boost almost at 5K with my hx35. Thats what really kills me at the line... even though I have awd too.

props to the English Racing guys. They are some cool cats:thumb:. I got a chance to talk to the fella with the red 1g and also Lucas w his gray 1g

These are some pics that I had the chance to take
