2G Rusted rear right rocker

I found a 2g eclipse gsx but it has a rusted right rear rocker, I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix that? And could give me tips thank you. I’m from Chicago Illinois

That type of rust, and strut tower rust is very common on these cars, there is no easy fix for it, if there were they would all be fixed by now and sold for decent money, if you commit to do it, do it right, that is have a professional who has done that type of work do it, unless you know how to do it yourself, again it wont be cheap nor easy but it would be worth doing if the car is otherwise nice since there are few nice rust free ones left out there.
