runs great cold pulls timing when warm around 4k

Hey guys, have a 90 fwd turbo. Car sat for 7 years. pulled it apart, put in a new set of rings, balance shaft delete, mls hg. Car pulls strong for a few pulls. Then temps get up to around 160 and car hesitates under boost around 4k rpm. Did a compression test cold. 160 150 150 150. I have my first logs also. Thanks guys. Tried another ecu same...another o2 sensor...same....new plugs fuel filter wires...any questions or comments greatly appreciated...

Change gas, sparkplugs, what turbo, fuel mods do you have?
