the car had multiple problems :banghead:
tunning whit maf-t and the air fuel ratio whas all around the block then all of a sudden it becomes completly lean i meen like 15.1 to 17.1 leanOMG
my idlle is all round from 1.2 to 2.5 going around

i did install a fmc
a real gready type-s blow off
and reinstaled the 2g maf that came whit the car

the car its still lean like hell:banghead:

i know the 2 g maf will run leaner

do i have boost or vaccum leaks?
fuel filter?
2g maf ( i have safc and i will tune it i dont tink its responsable for running that lean do )
intake leaks ??!!
isc motor ???





compression test good 175 165 170 160 :thumb:

so mo head gasket problems

i will test the fuel pressure regulator
change the fuel filter
test the isc motor
test for vaccum and or boost leaks
change to 1g maf and se what happens


any oppinion is apreciated

Do you have stock injectors? If so 0 everything out and go from there, with stock injectors you will get some low end power (might be able to subtract 1% of fuel until about 3500 RPM) but then you have to richen it up by up to 3% to keep everything running normally. If you have 550s then start out at -10% fuel and start tuning from there (some say to start out at -15% BUT every car is different) for 680s start out at around -18% to give yourself some room for tuning.

What type of injectors/fuel pump do you have? With more info I maybe able to help out a bit more.
 
Boost leaks cause your motor to run RICH. boost leaks and vacuum leaks are the same thing for a turbo car. The 2g maf will cause your car to run LEANer. Sounds like your SAFC is tuned way too LEAN. What makes you think its running lean?

the safc it set at 0 right new

at first its not that lean

then all of a sudden the engine jerks and the wideband gos completly lean im talking about 17.1 lean !!!!!!!!

i know the 2g maf will make the mixture leaner the ting is ..before whit everiting at 0 it wasent that lean 14-15.1 max

i have stock injectors 450 cc
2g maf
fmc
greddy type-s recirculated
redid most of the vaccum leaks
rewierd stock fuel pump
safc set at 0

and the iddle jumps from 800 do 2 500 at idlle
then the engine jerks like crazy like its traing to stay alive or someting

wideband says 17.1 sometimes to lean

i know the 2g maf will cause a lean condition

my question is can it bee a vaccum leak...... the maf ( badly instald or tunne)
injectors
fuel pressure regulator
fuel filter
spark plugs
spark plug wires

check resitance in the injectors
1) 4 OHMS 2) 3 OHMS 3) 3 OHMS 4) 3 OHMS

IT SAYS IN HTE Haynes manual all injectors have to be around 2-3 ohms

number 1 is not can that be a problem
i know i have to change the ISC motor
i know i have to change fuel filter

let me know what you tink
 
if your 17:1 at wide open throttle thats bad, while cruising its not so bad. what your wideband say at wide open throttle?

at wot its good 11.1

i have a check engine ..............im sarching for a logger i cant find

still the car is super lean the old spark plugs were soket in gas...........like complely soket

so i dont get it

A bad ISC will cause the car to run Rich. A walbro 255 fuel pump will cause the car to run richer at idle as well unless you have an Good adjustable fuel pressure regulator that raises fuel pressure 1:1 with boost..

the idlle is stable :hmm:
the wideband says im running super rich new like 11.1 10.1 the car idles better like what better


when i press the gas the car hesitates and the lights in the dash lose a litle brigness then the idle falls flat then it comes back normal :confused:

the car has no power whas so ever it dose run

im whaiting to get a dataloger to see whats going on whit the check engine

i discoverd a small oil leak comming from the oil pan and a coolant leak ...grate nothing i can fix do



let me know what you tink of these syntoms

alternator, check the fuse,if not that then test it at an autoparts store. i see some 11.x at idle when my car is warming up. 10.1 is way richer than you should ever hit ever.
 
turbo has no play
however there is a little bit of oil in the intake pipeing ..any ideas

same story again i playd whit the idle controler ( on the side of the manifold up on the isc) and the car idles better when i move the wire then it just idle bad again ...........im tinking a bad connection

i will test the fuel pressure regulator tomorow whit a vaccume pump

ive taken out the spack plugs and fuel filtrer becouse there brand new

Question for you dudes

when i take out my cap for the collent there is collant flayng out

they tell me that meens a blown head gasket the ting is ......how the compression its almost perfect in all cylinders

can that be the couse of my problems ????
