The problem started a while back. I got a cel and checked ecmlink and had code 0044 so I bought a used ignition control modulator and seemed to work fine for a while and then it happened again. I bought a new modulator and It worked fine for a while, then it went out again so I checked the grounds, and replaced the coil, cam angel sensor and the modulator again and I'm still having the problem.
What else could be causing this to happen? ECU? Just looking for some other input because I'm lost as to what could be causing this.

It sounds like a bad coil pack did you check for spark?

Sorry yes I forgot to add that. Yes the coil packs checked out fine with my volt meter.
