cylinders 1 and 3 dont fire

ok, ive been in iraq for the past year and before i left my car was running on just 2 and 4. 1 and 3 dont fire. ive replace the plugs, coil wires, coils (both), ptu, ptu plug, put a green top 1g cas with the wire harness fix, new ecu and ive checked as much of the wire harness as i can. this is killing me and i come home soon. im going to probably be bringing it to a shop to get it looked at but im at a loss. it starts up and shows half rpms and runs like total crap. is there anything else it could be? fusses maybe? am i not doing something right. ive looked it over and over again and its just not working. anyone?

I'm assuming that the parts you replaced are all working properly, then get on vfaq and print the wiring pinout for the ecu. Then use a multitester to check the continuity of the wires from the ecu plug to the transistor plug. Then check continuity from transistor to coil.

ok, ill probably go ahead and do that but im going to get a new dsm. besides that problem, its been siting in a storage shed for a year. and i think one or all of the tires are flat and my rims may be shot cause of it. and its got a totally screwed up title, o and its been wrecked. so im calling my loss and making it a parts car.

What do you mean by "runs bad" or how do you know the cylinders aren't firing? My car has the crappy stock intercooler piping and once I had a boost leak that made my car run rich and have a terrible idle, so that's just something to throw out there. (it was my lower ic pipes and j pipe)
