1G running light fuse popping durring pull??

so ive had this weird issue with my 92 awd were the running light fuse will pop while doing a pull in the car. im confused at where to start with this one. I can drive around normally and no issue but as soon as I go into boost or accelerate hard the fuse will pop. it has popped 3 different times on me now, first time I figured was just from being the orginal fuse being old. the second two times its popped might have been flukes from older fuses I had laying around the house so ive bought new ones to try. haven't had a chance to test that theory out but id like to see if I can find some insite on other possible issues.

Are they the right size fuses? I know it's unlikely, but it's also easy to overlook. Only other thing I can think of, is maybe there's a bare wire somewhere that under normal load, is fine, but under boost, moves far enough to contact something else and short out.

they are the correct fuses. the ones before were just ones that I had found laying in the basement. they might have been defective but I did go to the parts store and got a new pack just haven't had a chance to get the car back out to try the new one. the bare wire thing im kinda worried about because that would be a pain in the rear to find .

Agreed, wiring is a huge pain, but a good visual should be good enough to spot something obvious. Since it's for running lights, that should be the only circuit to inspect.

well... I found the issue... I guess at some point the dimmer wire to the radio popped out of the butt connector that the previous owner put in and was arcing on the metal support in the dash.
