Fuel dumping definitely sounds like an O2 sensor, but if you're not throwing a code for one then that leads me to believe misfire or no ignition.

Spark plugs are newish plug wires are newish NGK wires and coil pack is probably OEM Factory I'm not sure but I gave it some gas and ran it and filled it up with some seafoam and it's running perfectly fine now

Sounds like fouled plugs. I'd put a fresh gapped set it, check your wires too.
Might have cleaned up after you burned some off, but it might happen again if you keep driving is as is.

I was going to check the plugs but I can't get the wires off there stuck at the bottom where the metal pin part is and their new NGK wires so I don't feel like breaking them

Stuck? That's not normal, I've taken mine off a million times, even when they were new.

Either way, good luck with solving the problem. Maybe you have a bad intake manifold gasket...

Yeah I know I found it really weird but I guess it happens sometimes and I guess I was supposed to grease them before putting them in but I've never heard of that
