At first I thought it was a vacuum leak, but now I think it's running really rich I can smell little bit of gas. I'm almost out of gas I should have enough to run down to the gas station. I just need an answer to what's going on.

Fuel dumping definitely sounds like an O2 sensor, but if you're not throwing a code for one then that leads me to believe misfire or no ignition.

Sounds like fouled plugs. I'd put a fresh gapped set it, check your wires too.
Might have cleaned up after you burned some off, but it might happen again if you keep driving is as is.

I find it hard to guess when I have no idea what generation or model car being discussed. Unless I missed something I'm not even sure it's a DSM.

I was going to check the plugs but I can't get the wires off there stuck at the bottom where the metal pin part is and their new NGK wires so I don't feel like breaking them

Stuck? That's not normal, I've taken mine off a million times, even when they were new.

Either way, good luck with solving the problem. Maybe you have a bad intake manifold gasket...

Yeah I know I found it really weird but I guess it happens sometimes and I guess I was supposed to grease them before putting them in but I've never heard of that

Silicone dielectric grease helps seal the moisture out and keep the boots from sticking to the plugs and/or coil towers. Sometimes a little twist while pulling is all thats needed to pop the wires off.
