me and my buddy were taking off his head and every head stud came off fine but the last one just got striped out if you look at it were the allen socket went its a circle now .... any suggestion of what to do will be appreciated thanks

Replace, and spell it "stripped". Which usually refers to the threads, not the inside of the allen head.
You will find many threads on circumventing this issue, please search for "headbolt".

ya i searched every post pertaining headbolt and all i can find is ... make sure you dont round out the allen head and now its to late i did i just need suggestions .... if anyone can help it would be great thanks

If it comes down to it, drill away the bolt head, remove the bolt w/ a set of locking pliers, then get the head cleaned and use arp's.

that could work^^^, but it will make a mess, no doubt
here is what i have done in the past when i have snapped something i shouldnt have in the head. although i have yet to do it in a 4g63 head, so i dont know what clearance is like...
grab a nut rougly the same size and same material of the allen head.
you will need a welder for this. weld the nut onto the rounded allen head,
let it cool, and put a socket on it. should come right out. hope that helps

I would go with drilling it out, it will be the easiest route, oh yeah next time use a 10mm high quality allen head socket, you will never round on off using the correct tools and procedures.

go get a craftsman bolt out kit, put the one that fits snug over it, tap it on lightly, and pull it off. It shuld be able to grab and torq itself on. I've never not been able to get anything out with one of these, I've stripped one before but I got it replaced for for free then got the bolt out. They almost look like a nut, with little spiral's inside. They dig into the metal and are spiraled in suck a way the more torq you put in the tighter the boltout digs into the metal.

Hope that helps!
