whats the difference as far as i can see the rotating assembly just doesnt have bearings am i right?

oh well i was looking at these

Slowboy Racing, Inc. :: DSM :: Engine :: Rotating Assemblies :: Eagle Rotating Assemblies :: Eagle 2.3L DSM Rotating Assembly
thats the rotating assembly says nothing about bearings

Slowboy Racing, Inc. :: DSM :: Engine :: Stroker Kits :: 6 Bolt :: Stage 3 6-Bolt Stroker Kit
thats the stroker and i knwo the rotating assembly in this case is stronger but does it come with everything i need?

oh the reason i didnt want the rotating assembly is because it only has a 8.5:1 comp ratio and i want 9:1
