stroker kit vs. short block

hey guys i'm really stuck and could us some more d.s.m. expeirenced help. i spun a rod bearing in my 96 gs-t which has 146,000 miles on it, and now i'm looking at getting a stage1 buschur short block or a 2.3l stroker kit. which would be better?

Depends on where you want most of your power to be at. If you like having low end grunt, go with the 2.3, otherwise a Buschur short block will be just fine.
