rota grid vs enkei rpf1

Image wise im a fan of the rotas... but in the real world im a fan of function over flare. so i would have to say if your looking to get good times then find a set of lighter wheels that tickle your fancy. sounds as if you did that with the enkies so i would say go there.

so in my mind its hard to make an official choice.

Unsprung weight is unsprung weight.

Its no brainer for me, go with the lighter rim. You will find many of us on here are in the "function" department and not the "fashion" department.

If its solely based on looks, the only person who it matters to you, is you, so choose a rim you like and be happy.

Shouldn't be a hard choice really. Seen so many sets of rota's collapse on themselves, never heard of it happening to an Enkei

concave grids would look sweet! RPF1s I feel are so played out especially in the evo world

I would go with the grids because of the price difference personally. In terms of looks, both great looking wheels, but two completely different styles.

As popular as the RPF1's are I say go with them as they fit well with the 2g body style and are lighter.

Damn it! I won't be the only 2g with blue rims anymore. I prefer the thicker spoke, but as said already, choose what YOU like. I also agree that size/offset is not going to clear very well.

RPF1 all the way, they look more aggressive to me and they are lighter and if you're gonna be doing more track driving then get those!

I didn't read the other posts, so idk if it's already been said, but both are very played out now a days. However, the rpf1s are much better quality than the rotas. That being said, I admit I like both of them, but from a quality stand point, I'd go with the rpf1s.
