I can only comment on my setup and how it works. Koni yellow shocks, GC coilovers 500lb up front 450 in the rear, stock sway bars, 35mm offset with 235 tires, all shocks set on firm setting. I have the car low enough that I can get a finger to finger and a half between the tire and fender...so not much room. Camber is within factory spec in the rear and just slightly too negative in the front.....can't remember exact numbers right now. So I role low and tight with some negative camber front and rear with a little rear fender lip grinded away.
Up front I do not seem to be rubbing or touching at all. In the rear even after grinding some of the lip away I seem to be rubbing slightly on larger bumps and potholes.
Key things to think of when deciding what to go with. Don't go too low, give yourself some negative camber, don't go with super wide tires and high offset rims if you plan on riding low.
