I'm looking at new wheels for my 2gb gsx. I think I have decided on Rota Grid wheels. (I wish I could afford rpf1) anyway, problem I'm having is that I have a Baer big brake upgrade and unsure of what offset I need. I was looking at 17x8 35mm offset. Or could I use wider wheel/different offset? I like the wide wheel. It's a weekend and track car and I'm not too low. Tokico struts until I get coilovers. Also what tire size would you recommend. 235-40-17? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Many nights of searching without the answers I'm looking for so please don't send me to the wheel/tire calculator as that's not specific to my setup.

Maybe 17x9 25mm offset?

17x9 +25 will stick out in the front. And will need alot of camber and qt panel rolling and pulling. Had them on my car for over a year and got tired of them rubbing and traded them yesterday for some Evo 9 bbs rims.
Rears no qt pull or roll
