Rewiriing help...

So I was in process changing my fuel filter and pump because it lost power when blinker was on etc and also took multiple cranks to start, like it wasn't getting fuel. So while I was back there after changing the pump and filter and was going to rewire but I guess the previous previous owner I guess started it but the pump still lost power when the blinker was on so I'm assuming he didn't do it right? What are these 2 plugs? and what is this rewire doesn't even look finished... So I kinda don't know what to do.

They look to be the plugs for the power antenna.

One looks like the antennae black I think, is the fuel pump even hooked up to the factory harness it looks like it is that's the wiring you should do is the pump wiring.
