I have a block that had a bearing spin inside of it due to a bad oil pump.
Is it ok to reuse something like this?

vr4 scott, do you know what a spun bearing means? When the bearing spins, it locks onto the crankshaft and spins around in the main cap and block, when you spin a bearing it is not just put a new bearing in and send it, you need a decent amount of machine work, most of the time, you need to shave the main cap, saddle the block do a main line hone or bore if really bad! Labor work adds up! Some times it is cheaper to just find a good block.
