Super clean EVERYTHING, make sure it's dry, use new washers, new gasket and add a small light film of the ultra grey RTV to everything as well (just be really sparing, too much will leak faster) That's how i got mine to stop leaking, and i'm so fed up with that junction i just undo it from the turbo when i'm working on it cause i don't want to break that seal to the pan LOL

Are you guys talking about the oil return to the pan or the oil return to the turbo? Just wondering because im about to bolt my turbo up and dont want any leaks.

So theres supposed to be an o-ring between the bolt head and the oil line flange?

There an o-ring that goes on the bolt and make sure the gasket is installed correctly. The ring on the gasket goes toward the oil pan.

O-ring part # MF660031
Bolts part # MF101229
Gasket part # MR258477

O-ring? what? There's no o-ring. There are crush washers, or washers with a rubber seal on the inner ring, but no o-rings.

should there be a lock washer and crush washer on the bolt? or just crush washer?

swap to -AN fitting. problem solved

+1!

I tried everything on mine. But still leaked. So I got some more factory bolts/washers and copper (all I had) the hell out of the whole thing. No leaks for the passed month.
