ECMlink [Resolved] Which cable for ECMLink ?

I bought a few days ago an ELM327 cable to run ECMLink, but it doesn't work.

Do I need to buy the official cable in the website ECMTuning.inc ?

umm, ya. ECMLink only works if you have it. You need their chip, and their cable.

Evoscan is another option if you're just looking to see live data. I've used it for that purpose with a cheapo USB to OBD2 cable.

Not sure if the ELM cable will work, but Evoscan is free software so just give it a try. It will allow you to see all live data from the ECU, including ISC position for adjusting the base idle set screw.
