[RESOLVED] vital screw, need part # please \\ Turbo oil feed banjo bolt

Hi i just broke the banjo bolt that bolts the oil feed line to the turbo to the head, i went to napa, home depot, autozone, kragen, and none of them have it. I live in san diego and i'm wondering where anyone would have this bolt. I already went on machv and ordered theirs, but i know it iwll take like a week and a half to get here and as of right now i cant drive my car because theres an oil leak.

I am not looking to buy a kit. I am looking for the sizes needed for a banjo and bolt that will work on a T-25 set up.

I all ready have everything pictured above, except that the banjo and bolt are for a 16G, not a T25.

The T25 uses a internal flair fitting (like brake lines) so all the banjo stuff is out the window.

MF650102, thats the original part number, its the turbo oil feedline banjo bolt, you'd also want 2 MF660063 which are the crush washers for it, hope that helps

What size is the banjo for the the oil line for the turbo. I broke the smaller bolt in the head of the engine. Also can i get it from mitsubishi dealership? 1g

I don't have the numbers you're looking for but you can get it at the dealership. Cost me $42 for one shipped overnight. :S

The part number of the banjo bolt for the turbo oil line that goes into the head is MF650102.

I dont know if anyone else has done this, but if this car is a daily driver you can make your own banjo bolt. I dont know the details, but my friend found the same size bolt and just drilled a hole in it. Basically the same thing, and much cheaper than $42.

This may be hard though, he has just about every tool avalible. I dont know what you're working with...

go to a yamaha dealership, and get a banjo bolt from a yamaha yzf450 fourwheeler. it'll be the 10mm banjo bolt(I believe) for the oil line that goes into the block of the engine...I had to replace mine and my uncle(who owns a yamaha dealership) found that one for me. it's ALOT cheaper then buying a mitsubishi bolt...it was like 9 or 10 bucks.

the banjo bolt is a 10mm X 1.25 thread pitch!

Knechts carries them around here. I would just get a SS oil line kit for he filter housing.

No problem. Is that everything you were looking for? Can order the banjo bolts/fittings through Forced Performance and I think extremepsi also carries them too.
