[RESOLVED] torque specs

I'm rebuilding my engine, since i had have injector failure, and I need to know some torque specs.
Main arp bolts,head arp bolts and eagle rod torque specs.
My engine is a 7bolt 4g64 with 4g63 head.

I know if you look a little into the forums youll find that alot of people are using those arp head studs and torqing them between 90 and 100ftlbs and having no probs
