torque specs please?

ive searched on here for a bit now and cant find them. im looking for the torque specs for the cam bolts and the cam gear bolt torque specs and what order the cam bolts need to be tighten in. i called my local parts store and they told me 168 in/lb for the cams and 65 ft/lb the cams didnt seem right so im hoping someone on here has the correct information thanks


oh yes and this is for a 2g with a 7bolt
