torque specs?

where might I find the torque specs for a fidanza flywheel and a spec stage 3 clutch?

For fidanza flywheel recommended torque is 90-110,but i always used 115 make sure you will put a Red Thread Locker,because the bolts might come loose and will f**k up your tranny and clutch. On a clutch pressure plate is 20 Lbs/ft of torque use the thread locker on Pressure plate too!!
