okay so this sensor should be an easy one to name. it mounts to the side of the throttle body, it seems to tell the ecu when your off the throttle. it has a button on the bottom that gets pushed when your off the throttle and an adjustment on it

The thread has drifted a bit over time. If you asking for the part number for a 1G IPS it's MD614216.
New they are expensive ~$90, cleaned up and tested used ~$30 Sensors
