[RESOLVED] Removing stuck brake rotor

have you tried putting bolts in the removal holes? worked great when i went to the dual piston calipers and mine wouldn't come off.
 
If you're replacing it then beat the piss out of it. Put one or two lug nuts on just a couple of turns, and smash it with a solid hammer from the backside of the rotor.
 
My friend, brother, and I beat the rusting crap outta of the stuck rotor, after like a half hour it came loose LOL.. We rotated, hitting top then bottom and so on, till it can rock off.
 
get a bottle of PB blaster, dont be a wuss, hit it as hard as you can, also take a wire brush and wire brush the center hole where the rotor fits onto, it may look like its one piece but its not, the axle nut stays on.
 
If the rotor is garbage, just take a sledge to it. Try shooting a little bit of PB Blaster around the lugs and around the center hole. Hit it, then let it sit for a little bit. Make yourself dinner or something. Come back and beat the hell out of it. Try alternating top/bottom and left/right hitting from the front and the back (just don't kill the dust shield).
 
mine took 3 days 8 pound sledgehammer torch lube. skrews for the threaded holes ripped the threads out of the rotor. finally it cracked in half :D
 
Now that it's off you should fix it so it won't happen again. Take an angle grinder or even some sand paper and clean the rust off the outer edge of the hub and around the center ring. This is where they stick. After you clean them up make sure the new rotor goes on all the way with no resistance and use anti-seize on the areas you just cleaned. I just did front brakes last week and after being on for 2 years they came right off.
