What you are experiencing is also known as boost creep. Fix your boost leaks, hook up your MBC properly first and foremost.
G'luck.

Intercooler/compressor outlet nipple-> MBC-> wastegate.

Fix your boost leaks. If you're worried about overboosting, connect a single vacuum line from your compressor outlet to your wastegate solenoid and run plain wastegate pressure (~12psi+/-).

Please remember to use proper punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. Your wall of text is kind of hard to read clearly.
