is it possble to use a 2g Mas on a 1G 4G67 ecu

Not as a straight swap. You need to reprogram the ECU since the 2G MAF is quite a bit different in it's behavior than the stock MAF. The 2G MAF will report lower MAF HZ values to the ECU than the stock one for exactly the same amount of air flowing. That will cause the ECU to not inject enough fuel for the current airflow and use the wrong timing values since they are also airflow related.
