Ok, im lost. First here is my setup.
95 tsi awd 6 bolt bottom 7 bolt top.
Stock 95 ecu. Running a 2gmaf
I just got my dsmlink v3 and my car wont start with it connected. Ive been through all the self help with no answers. Yes my engone light comes on for about five seconds. No, the relays are not clicking and going crazy. Turn the key and it barely starts then dies out. Ecmtuning said to manually run the fuel pump through link and it kinda helped. But..... I noticed when link was connecting that it says it is reading speed density v1. Is this possibly my problem? Do i need to run sd for this to work?
Fyi, i do have a brand new sd kit from ecmtuning. And i have two 95 ecu's one is stock and one with v3.
Any thoughts?
So im an idiot. I figured it out. Went to mafcomp and switched to stock vs speed density. Yes i feel stupid.
