Well I got tired of waiting on the guy to fix my car and I decided to open it to check out the timing belt and this is what i found the tensior bolt had broken dont know why but i will get one soon also i dont know if a part fell off the crank here is a pick. Pretty sure thats your crank sprocket but I haven't installed or used that part in over 4 years now. Look it up..
 
Definetly the crank sprocket. According to CAPS its part number 04667604 from the dealership. Its cheap though, under 20 dollars.

That's funny that that whole ring came off like that.

Are you installing this yourself? If you are be aware that it does not just bang all the way on. You need to leave a very slight gap between the gear and the oil pump housing.
