Ok, I am going to perform my first Clutch Replacement! Never done this before but I got a majority of the tools needed and a couple of friends that are willing to help (all newbies). Anyhow, I have purchased a couple manuals which gives a pretty good step by step to follow and we are semi intelligent so I am sure we will be ok.
For the job I decided that I was going to do a general upgrade/replacement of the parts while the Trans was pulled. I have the following to go in: Clutch, Flywheel, Pivot Ball, OEM Spin Bearings, Fork, and some AMS OIL Tranny Fluid.
The question is, does any other component need to be replaced while I have the chance. I had read a little about the Tranny Seals, should I go ahead and replace them?
I also am replacing the Clutch Components: Main, Secondary, and New SS Lines.
Any suggestion from others that performed this task would be appreciated.
Thanks, Hope everyone has a Happy Holidays.
